When I was looking for English's books which I agree with me one day in the KGU library. Then I looked this book! Title of the book is "The Garden That We Grew". As you can see, the illustration of this book cover looks like very cute, doesn't it!? I thought so, therefore I chose this book at that time. And this illustration made me happy and moderate my mind.

I'm going to introduce you the book's story. Main character of this book is five children. They made lots of vegetable marrows work together. First of all they gathered necessary implements and they sprinkled antiseptic solution to around trees which stand near the field, they examined the soil's state and they started to cultivated the soil. Next, they planted lots of seeds of vegetable marrows on the field. And they spatter the field with water. There were their hands that pulled out the weeds. Because lots of buds came out on the field, children set up some scarecrows in the autumn season. It was delight for five children to come out the buds of vegetable marrows, so the children looked at the small buds. A few months later, the vegetable marrows' flowers blossom out. Children rejoiced over development of the vegetable marrows. In the course of time, the small vegetable marrows cropped on the field and they grew up big vegetable marrows step by step. This was the day which the children have all waited for. The five children picked the pumpkins. They hollowed the vegetable marrow's inside and they made various faces that grin ear to ear. Then they and their mothers cooked lots of cookies, pumpkin pies, and so on. After they enjoyed the pumpkin party, they save the seeds to grow vegetable marrows next year like this year!!!
